1. Shipping Coverage & Options

• We deliver nationwide across Ghana.
• Customers can choose from the following shipping options:
  • Express Delivery (24 hours) – Higher fee applies.
  • Normal Delivery (24 to 48 hours) – Lower fee applies.
  • Free Delivery – Available for orders over 3,000 GHS.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• Greater Accra Region: 24 to 48 hours.
• Outside Greater Accra: 24 to 72 hours.
• Pre-Order Items: Estimated arrival based on supplier timelines.

3. Shipping Fees & Order Tracking

• Final shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
• Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is shipped.

4. Failed Deliveries & Returns

• If a delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be held for pickup or returned to Casowa.
• Reshipping fees may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information.
