- Pre-Orders (Local Vendors): Typically delivered within 24-48 hours.
- Pre-Orders (Imported): Typically delivered within 50-60 days.

Returns & Refunds

A: If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective:

- Casowa will replace the product at no additional cost once the problem is confirmed
Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
