- Casowa reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in such cases.
2. Pricing & Product Listings
Fixed Prices
- Once you place an order and complete the checkout process, the price you pay at that time cannot be altered.
- This policy ensures transparency and safeguards our customers from post-purchase price fluctuations.
Listing Errors
- In the event of a pricing or product listing error (e.g., typographical mistakes, inaccurate descriptions), Casowa will notify you of the correction before processing your order.
- You have the right to cancel the order if the corrected information is not acceptable.
Currency
- All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise indicated.
- If you are using a payment method in a different currency, conversion rates and fees may apply depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Order Confirmation
- An order is considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from Casowa.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if an item is out of stock.
Suspicious Orders
- Orders flagged as suspicious (e.g., invalid payment details, mismatched billing/shipping information) may be canceled.
- We will make reasonable attempts to contact you for verification before canceling the order.
Pre-Order Payment Terms
- Customers must pay 60% upfront for Pre-Orders.
- The remaining 40% is due upon last-mile delivery (i.e., when the product is in final transit to your address).
- Failure to pay the balance may result in order cancellation, and any partial payments already made may be non-refundable, depending on the product category and associated import or sourcing costs.
4. Liability & Dispute Resolution
Delivery Delays
- Casowa assumes full responsibility for any delivery delays, including those caused by third-party couriers.
- If a delay occurs, we will keep you informed of the updated delivery schedule and work to resolve any issues promptly.
Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to ensure that all products meet quality standards, Casowa’s liability is limited to the cost of the product(s) purchased, except where otherwise required by law.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Dispute Resolution Procedure
- In the event of a dispute—whether related to pricing, product quality, delivery, or any other matter—customers agree to first engage in direct dialogue with Casowa’s Customer Support or management team in an attempt to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
- If such attempts fail, either party may consider additional legal or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with relevant local laws.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- Any legal actions arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Ghana, unless otherwise mandated by local consumer protection regulations.

- Casowa reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Any significant amendments will be posted on our website and, where feasible, communicated via email.
